Define the job before selecting the tool
The current DMARC specifications describe authentication, policy and aggregate reporting. GlockApps advertises a DMARC Analyzer for receiving and analyzing reports. Decide whether you need initial visibility, recurring triage, multiple-domain collaboration or evidence for a policy change. Those are distinct workflows.

Aggregate reports can reveal sending infrastructure and authentication patterns. Confirm where reports are sent, who can access them, retention, export options and how domains are removed. We have not independently audited GlockApps storage, parsing accuracy or account permissions.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Can we map every legitimate sender? | A dashboard cannot supply missing business ownership. |
| Who handles an unknown source? | Triage needs an accountable escalation path. |
| Can we retain decision evidence? | Policy changes should be explainable and reversible. |
| What is the current message/domain allowance? | The suitable plan depends on real report volume and scope. |
Use reports as investigation evidence
Group observations by known service, unexpected failure, unrecognized source and incomplete evidence. A DMARC pass validates authorized domain use under the protocol; it does not guarantee inbox placement. Do not move directly to a restrictive policy because a dashboard looks mostly green.
- Confirm reporting period and policy domain.
- Map sources to a named business owner.
- Review SPF/DKIM results and alignment.
- Document exceptions before policy enforcement.
Verify current terms before purchase
The pricing page displays DMARC-related allowances alongside other plan features, but units and billing views can change. Match the allowance to the domains and messages your organization actually needs to analyze. Verify checkout, renewal and data terms directly with GlockApps.
A question worth asking
Will GlockApps DMARC Analyzer improve inbox placement by itself?
No. Analysis can reveal authentication patterns and configuration gaps. Authorized administrators still need to investigate and implement appropriate changes, and authentication alone does not guarantee inbox placement.
Evidence Notes
Checked: Public documentation linked below and the decision framework described on this page.
Not independently tested: Product accuracy, paid account workflows, support or delivery outcomes.
Reader should verify: Current terms and suitability for the actual sending setup. Never change production DNS from a generic example.
